Responsibilities

  •         Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
  •         Conducting orientations and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed.
  •         Managing the offboarding process for departing employees.
  •         Preparing and maintaining employee contracts and agreements.
  •         Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements in employment contracts.
  •         Assisting employees with benefits enrollment and changes.  
  •         Serving as a point of contact for benefits-related questions.
  •         Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  •         Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.

QQualifications  

  •           Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  •           Over 3 years of work experience in HR is usually required, with the specific number of years varying by organization.
  •           A solid understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is essential.
  •           Stay updated with changes in employment law and HR best practices.
  •           Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  •           HR Specialists often encounter complex HR issues that require problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  •           Effective time management and organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  •           Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees and colleagues is essential.
