Responsibilities
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Conducting orientations and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed.
- Managing the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Preparing and maintaining employee contracts and agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements in employment contracts.
- Assisting employees with benefits enrollment and changes.
- Serving as a point of contact for benefits-related questions.
- Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.
QQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Over 3 years of work experience in HR is usually required, with the specific number of years varying by organization.
- A solid understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is essential.
